Working after retirement is going to be the lifestyle for many of us retiring soon. The cost of living is at its all-tine high and many of us are scared to death that we will likely not be living the lifestyle we envisioned when we were working our 9-5 jobs. It is no wonder why so many are looking for a way to earn from home as a second income.

I was totally unaware that there were so many options to make money at home. All I did was adjust some of my home priorities to accommodate building the business.

It is very important that you understand Internet marketing, especially affiliate marketing; it has sky rocked many entrepreneurs from little or no income to generating a living wage online.  Without a doubt, affiliate marketing is one of the quickest ways to earn income online.  Many have chosen affiliate marketing as their sole source of income.

Planning a home business was similar to getting a regular job except that you will be on the other side of the hiring table. Instead of being the employee applicant looking to be hired, you become the business owner, the boss.

It gave me my life back in more ways than one. Working after retirement gave me the chance to experience a totally new kind of financial freedom that I never knew existed.

Relatively speaking, it gave me a home based business. I am not saying that my business is all peaches and cream every day, but when I was working for someone else, they provided the hoops that I had to jump through. In my own business I make my own hoops. Giving me master control.

I control it all! No long commutes, cannot be laid off or fired, my office hours are flexible & most of all I am finally being paid what I am worth. I love working my business, it is not a task that I wish I were somewhere else. Now days I actually look forward to going to work.

Now I know how professional basketball players feel. They are passionate and love playing the game, then as a job and as a side benefit, they are also being paid well to play. The best of both worlds (to say the least).

I applied for  business funding to start my Internet based home business and simply followed the business plan I created along with the fundamentals of business law to the tee. Sixteen years later here I am extremely glad that I took the opportunity and chose working after retirement rather than the alternative.
