Working After Retirement

If you are considering working after retirement like I did, you are in for a mind-bending experience and a lot of useful business education to say the least.

I was totally unaware that there were so many options for generating an income working from home. All I did was to adjust some of my home business priorities to accommodate building the business.

Planning a home business was similar to getting a regular job except that you are now on the other side of the hiring table. Instead of being the employee looking to be hired, you become the business owner, the boss.

It was a little scary in the beginning trying to shed the years of my employee-mind to being the boss. It became easier and easier as time passed when I got some home business mentoring. As a side benefit of the mentoring, many of the business mistakes I encountered became more manageable.

Before mentoring, it was taking me hours to reconcile my mistakes and mentally drained at the end of my business day.

As I began advertising and marketing to increase web site traffic I came across a procedure call a funded proposal. This process generates cashflow (making money online) from my prospects that said no to my main offer.

It was well worth the effort to get herds of targeted online mlm leads, prospects and sales. It was the best option for me working after retirement and totally recommend starting an Internet based home business .

It gave me my life back in more ways than one. Working after retirement gave me the chance to experience a totally new kind of freedom that I never knew existed.

Relatively speaking, it gave me a home based business. I am not saying that my business is all peaches and cream every day, but when I was working for someone else, they provided the hoops that I had to jump through. In my own business I make my own hoops. Giving me master control.

I control it all! No long commutes, cannot be laid off or fired, my office hours are flexible & most of all I am finally being paid what I am worth. I love working my business, it is not a task that I wish I were some where else. Now days I actually look forward to going to work.

Now I know how professional basketball players feel. They are passionate and love playing the game as a job and as a side benefit, they are also being paid well. The best of both worlds (to say the least).

I applied for  business funding to start my Internet based home business and simply followed the business plan I created along with the fundamentals of business law to the tee. Sixteen years later here I am extremely glad that I took the opportunity and choose working after retirement rather than the alternative.
