Unemployment Insurance?
During this global recession, we can all agree that unemployment insurance is becoming more prevalent as a livelihood for many Americans these days; the disabled, those fired or laid off must file claims just to make ends meet until their health improves or they secure more meaningful work; many of us are simply feed up and are now searching for passive income opportunities online as their way of earning money at home. As time passes it became clear that online business education and working from home are becoming the way people find there way out of getting from under the thumb of their income dilemma. They are finding that there are other options are available that they have not tried; the neat thing is that each and every day average folk are going back to school to get better knowledge and online skills so they can build their own web revenue generation systems by starting with a clear vision and business mindset. Unemployment Insurance It is a sad state of affairs because more times than not, companies have a way of keeping employees for about four to five years before they lay them off or out right fire them; we are not totally certain that these companies do not have an un-written policy for employee turnover, but it is a recurring phenomenon that we have noticed over the last forty years. In the first fifty years of the last century, it was not uncommon for a person to work the same job until they retire, barring any early disability retirement issues or filing any claims for long-term disability; now days, it is normal to find oneself in the unemployment insurance office due to corporate downsizing or corporate takeovers; it is devastating enough loosing a job, but it is even worst when we find out that our employer intentionally played a major role in it and we end up biting the bullet and Many are not taking it anymore, they are building their own Internet based home business and working it from home. As we said before, options by choice are a good thing because infants cannot clothe, feed or make good choices for themselves; being unable to move well, speak, read or write, infants are vulnerable to all the circumstances they find themselves everyday; infants mostly depend on their emotions to get what they want; crying and laughing are their first skills (choices) they learn; they are also the first things they use to communicate their satisfaction or dissatisfaction about things in their environment. Unemployment Insurance The first traumatic situation was their birthday; for about nine months all their needs were being met without interruption; then all of a sudden its world became turned upside (literally) and the infant began to cry with total dissatisfaction; little did s/he know that today is the first day of its life learning and will continue until the end of its life; this is a prime example of what we call "bought knowledge." When infants are hungry, they cry; and when you feed them dessert you can almost see their little tails wagging with satisfaction; as they gain more knowledge about their environment, they eventually become more independent and for the most part, do not seek or require further assistance; we said all that to refresh our memory about those days of dependency, because the saddest thing is that some of us are still depending of others as if they are still infants. In grade school we were told that there were three likely options for career opportunities: if we are wealthy, we have all career options in front of us; if we are of the employee mind, we prefer being employed and follow the leaders; if we prefer being the boss, we prefer to be a business leader; the truth is, 97% of world population are followers, and the remaining 3% are leaders and employ the followers. Unemployment Insurance Even though everyone has the same right to choose one of the three options by choice, for some unknown reason these numbers above remain static year after year; we personally think that knowledge or the lack there of is the key for knowing which group a person will decide to associate themselves. If we really stop and think for just a moment we may see the same logic that we see, because from the very beginning everything learned comes from knowledge learned in ones life. Options by choice: We may not have considered this when we lost our last job or on the other hand maybe we did wonder if we could actually be earning money at home online; we may have even thought of being the boss of our own online income opportunity and working from home; increasingly, at a rate of 7 out of 10 out-of-work individuals are simply sick and tired of being sick and tired after loosing a decent job and ending up in the employment lines seeking part time jobs to increase their household cash flow.
