Many of us are having difficulty finding part time jobs or even staying employed; clearly, understanding human behavior is the key in a web revenue generation system, and if we use viral marketing along with social networking sites, we will have a top-of-the-line web traffic system, and all we really require is that we decide on one of our good extra income ideas for getting started creating a business mission statement for earning money at home.

Whether online or offline the stages of the consumer decision process are basically the same. Many feel that the most important predictors of online consumer behavior are the session characteristics and the click stream behavior of people online. Click stream marketing takes extreme advantage of the Internet environment. It presupposes no earlier knowledge of the customer and can be developed dynamically as customers use the Internet. And what of context--- we believe that consumer research would be more efficient if we assume that all purchasing is contextual, to understand consumer behavior one must understand the what, when, where, why, and how of the purchasing event; the marketplace researcher needs to account for context.

Be aware that there are three assorted views associated to the consumer decision-making process and behavior -Schiffman & Kanuk, 2004. It's argued that the first of them is 'economic view' that consumers are primarily facing imperfect competition and they are always expected to make rational decision on the basis of assumptions that they are aware of all product alternatives, they can rank benefits and limitation of each alternative and are able to identify one best alternative.

Second 'Passive View' is completely opposite to economic view and suggests that patrons are compulsive and impulsive as they are submissive to self-centered interests of marketers and got influenced by marketing tools.

Similarly third, 'Emotional View' is allied to perceive consumer's decision making based on their impassioned association or feeling about some products and services. Case in point, a person loosing red color specific pen neither go for rational decision by evaluating alternatives (economic view) nor will the person get influenced by marketers passive view. Instead, the person will try to buy any pen closely resembled with his favorite possession.

If capitalism is going to be the vehicle for being the boss in our own organization and earn money online, we wish to introduce you to a guiding principle of power and force of nature; we are told that power is a gift and is not something to go out and get like getting a new car; it is the time and influence others share with you.

When we choose the appropriate Internet model, using verbal and nonverbal communication to get our marketing message to our marketplace, we should use all our business education and experience with solid research, for it will be only a matter of time that we will get the increased web traffic and find financial freedom.

When we start to understand and act on what we know, we'll undoubtedly be on the road to unbelievable success; it is the standard to see advertisers use force to get their products and services into the marketplace, now we know better, it's like swimming upstream.

Naturally, things against the normal flow of things are eliminated over time; if a grin of sand becomes embedded in our eyeball we will immediately take steps to remove it; likewise, if we inhale dust we will either cough or sneeze to eliminate the congestion. These acts are involuntary defensive mechanisms and work automatically in our body, like those mechanisms, understanding human behavior will assist us in deciding the right actions under certain conditions.

When we ad force into our marketing, that force is like putting sand in the eyes of your prospect. They will concider you as a pest, someone they can live without, it will make us insignificant. One of the leading reasons why people do not want to do business is because they feel pressured by unthoughtful, unqualified and unbusinesslike salespeople.

Before we continue our discussion on the law of attraction, we need to speak about concentrating on content in communications; we need to be clear about the three communication perils in our communication strategy: there is a body of evidence that our listening skills have a direct bearing on how our website is perceived.

This first peril is Parallel Listening: parallel listening typically results in a listener ignoring the feelings behind what is being discussed by a speaker, leading to the speaker's discouraging impression of being turned off; a "discounting" of the speaker by ignoring feelings being expressed and adding only to the flow of content, even when it is relevant to the subject being discussed.

This second peril is Jumping to Assumptions: Concentrating on content to the exclusion of feelings is jumping to the assumption that you know what the other is talking about and feeling; discussing "things" with no effort to clarify "feelings" can lead to disastrous results; for example, two people can be talking objectively about getting pregnant with the result that the wife gets pregnant.

By the way, the one who did not want to get pregnant had feelings ignored because they were never openly expressed; and the ignored person can build up resentment and hurt, which someday could blow up into a communication crisis.

This next peril is Competition for the Control of Thinking: being content oriented often leads to feeling that you must be better than anyone else at communicating, causes alienation, isolation, lack of trust, and lack of respect between people; the hazard of focusing on content is the "who is best" and "who is right" trap.

Now Effective Listening and Active Listening - People who focus on the feelings of messages being sent provide others with nonjudgmental acceptance; feelings are the emotional connection tools by which people communicate with one another; a person must listen not only with the head, but also with the heart; having one's feelings listened to makes a person feel respected, accepted, and draws people closer together. And Productive Problem Solving with Effective Communication - Effective listening and facilitative responses result in productive problem solving; conflicts and immobilization often result not just from disagreement over content but more importantly, because one or both parties sense that their feelings are being ignored or discounted; productive problem solving is not purely content focused, rather it includes and values the feelings of both parties concerning the issue at hand by valuing their feelings, both parties feel cared for, understood and accepted.
