Sample Mission Statement For Success

Write a simple business plan with your business mission statement included. Include just enough information to prompt taking immediate action. Avoid becoming overwhelmed with too much planning & thus paralysis by analysis. Choose a descriptive name for the business that creatively says exactly what the business does. Mission statements should address the following statements:  what you do, where you do it, for whom you do it, how you do it and why you do it.

Define your vision- that is, answer the questions Why do we exist? What do we want to become in the future? The vision commits your business to both a short- & long- term objective. With a defined vision there is no wavering.

• Expected sales

• Projected income from all sources
