Leaders have to have the guts, determination, a never 'say die' attitude and online business failure is not in their vocabulary. Leaders have the courage to stand up against friends and family that say you are going to fail. Leaders have good business ethics and are frugal when it comes to making every nickel count with there financing. Good leaders were first good followers by being good listeners.

Online business owners and those working from home are the ones that are sick and tired of not  making the money they are worth working for someone else. They are risk takers to make money at home for the financial freedom they feel they deserve. They are willing to navigate uncharted waters to change their circumstances by building an Internet based home business for themselves.  

Business leaders are compassionate folk and have empathy for others. They are not the self-centered types and are always looking for the opportunity to give and share with others. On the other side of that coin, they do not complain and do not project their fears and anxieties into other people.

Home business leaders are readers, they are life long students of learning. Online business lessons and business education are the way to go when you need answers right away. Leaders are not in the habit of waiting for things to just happen, they are anticipatory action players and prefer to take the lead to make things happen.

(Time is money in business)

In capitalism, it is said that time is money in business; then home business time management is your ultimate duty to be conservation minded and timely in all you do  to make money at home in your business. Home business leaders are timely and on time. Leaders document your success with a daily business journal. Your journal dose not have to be online particularly. But successful people keep and maintain journals for a wide variety of reasons, but keep at least one, if for nothing more than for documenting how you became a success.
