Game of life online - three brain injury episodes lead me to ultimately take bold moves for living a lifestyle of financial stability for my family. Thank the lord for allowing me to survive 3 job-ending strokes and live long enough to journalize my journey, it has been twenty years of pain and struggle but I would not trade this unpleasant confrontation for anything in the world because it afforded me the rare opportunity to share it with my beloved grandchildren.

It is 11:45 October 27, 2011 and I am highly motivated to begin cataloging my 20-year examination, beginning in the year 1991 at five am as I was preparing to go to work as an office manager for a large highway construction company in southern California, while dressing and conversing with my wife she noticed that my words were becoming slurred and garbled, but at that time I flatly dismissed her observation and continued on my way.

About 20 minutes later I got to the job site and began my payroll routine, after a moment or two I began feeling disoriented and struggled to remember the work routine, my project manager also noticed my confusion and instantly called my brother Al so he could take me to see a medical doctor.

Making a long story short the doctor said he is going to keep me here, as he believes that I have had a stroke, and little did I know that this day was the first milestone in a series of trials in my recovery. The stroke left me overwhelmingly paralyzed and incapable of managing my job among other things, before the stroke I favored my left hand, and the ensuing significant paralysis pushed me to become skilled at using my right hand for almost everything, from eating a meal to tying shoe laces and buttoning my clothes.

Now after several months of considerable therapy and loosing my job I decided to test another field of work to boost my declining financial posture. I kind of knew it was going to be difficult earning money at home online by not having an ounce of online experience, but fortunately for me I secured a college degree in business administration in 1984 and hoped it will serve me well in this endeavor. I became a perpetual student of learning since the first days of the seventh grade in middle school, and would love to be able to impart my developing online knowledge to others by means of creating my own home Internet companies.

The latest economic upheaval made me mindful to be thrifty in my business dealings to be able to withstand the turbulent periods that my lay ahead; my real challenge was receiving the honest truth for constructing a successful online concern, from 1996-2000, the majority of the truth I got came from my frequent online failures and some time later, the truth came from some paid courses and hired coaches.

The preceding four years I found himself jumping from one program to the next and continuously searching for the no-cost or almost-at-no-cost ones to try; now with a hired entrepreneur trainer I quickly understood that I didn't need a program at all, what I essentially wanted and needed was my own Web earning opportunity; the affiliate prototype wasn't necessarily my first preference for being in business for himself, but as time went on, I finally hired some superior coaches that got me on the Web path that I originally envisioned.

It became blatantly apparent that in 1996 I needed to put the pedal to the medal and begin writing my business mission statement for starting one of my proposed passive income opportunities for earning money at home online; I have perpetually had extra income ideas on the back burner for years, and this malady gave me the perfect opportunity to write up a plan to do just that.

As a teenager I have always assumed that perusing our purpose will ultimately lead us to our wealth and my studies actually confirmed that indeed purpose and passion have a direct bearing on ones prosperity; therefore, I pressed forward in pursuit of my passion of starting an enterprise online.

Furthermore,  I knew that sample mission statements explain why a company exists, describing its contribution to society and the value it creates for its customers, explaining the purpose of the company and captures its soul – the mission of any business is its most primary motive for being. The purpose of our sample mission statements is three-fold at the same time: they have to motivate our full workforce; they have to attract, retain and develop the right talent.

Our plan has two clearly defined budgets, a household and a company budget, they effect how frugal we will have to be to keep our online organization afloat when the economy takes a nosedive, for controlling income and expenses while estimating both revenue and expenses for the year from January to December.

I make certain that before I finalize any company financial decision, I base them on having all my household expenses being paid fist to avoid exceeding the limits of our personal home budget. Our budget journals give us an idea of what is working and what is not, in order to simplify our turnkey home business planning, a sure way to keep us on the right track related to our goals and record our trials and evils on our journey to financial freedom.

Years ago my professor in college used to say that an efficient marketing proposal and sample mission statements are crucial for having a high-quality launch. The preparation phase and the institution of our passive income opportunities are certainly brain numbing absolutely, so we took the time to do the necessary market research to know our competition inside and out.

Notice that our marketing proposal has an advertising plan serving as a cursory promotional layout yet it is in more detail than the marketing proposal itself.

Being a perennial student of learning, what I learn and put to use from my studies become themes to be shared with my Web visitors. I now has a better Web platform for my work from home company, (in my head) I do not feel disabled anymore, I really feels empowered, it was not until I found SBI that I finally really understood the full range of building powerful passive income opportunities.

Now capitalism and the game of life online are the ultimate mystery game-of-chance; working from home to build a web revenue generation system (one of our extra income ideas) and choosing the right Internet passive income opportunities are a risky proposition; but is well worth the risk when we are earning money at home online.

It is our experience that there are three things that are critical to online success: online business education is necessary to even the playing field in your favor; we must be frugal in our financial dealings to even have a slim chance for earning money at home online; seeking and getting minority small business grants or loans to fund our online income ideas because if we get this wrong, we will have effectively guaranteed our business' failure; it may not happen today, but rest assured it will happen; the last component is our ongoing education, in other words we require guidance, a coach and mentor, without ongoing education we will be sabotaging our own growth. Having a coach that you can trust is dollar-for-dollar the best investment to insure success.

Rest assured that if we earnestly seek to master the three things above, we will build a business that will get website popularity and increased web traffic; as a new online owner we have never played this online game before, but it's our opportunity to share our passion with the world on our on terms.

We all play the game somewhat differently and some of us are relatively good at it than most, I have found that those that are good at it are those that are avid readers always seeking new knowledge to separate themselves from the average or the mediocre in the game of life online; they are the leaders and don't settle for being at the bottom of the group deciding to play the game on their own terms and chose their company model effectively.

They are so disciplined as to not be regretful later; they also give themselves permission to excel and show great confidence in what they do; when they start a task, they finish a task; they are good listeners and document their failures and successes; these are some of the reasons why some of us struggle at playing the game of life online while others seem to have a no trouble at all successfully playing it.

Now as a leader in training, always remember that all leaders were once followers and no one makes it to the top on their own; leaders strive to live life to thrive beyond mere survival, they don't lean on others, they telegraph their goals, have empathy for others, there first thought is to server others and always say please & thank you; these are some of the attributes of those that seem to always rise to the occasion effortlessly.
