that my customers/prospects sell themselves. That way I am taken out of their
buying decision until I am needed or wanted. Some business owners focus on their products/services not their consumers, they talk to their prospects as though they owe them something or that they must purchase from them. Also, they talk to their prospects as though their prospects know them well. If you have a good understanding of human behavior of consumer motivations and provide what they want and you over-deliver, they are obliged to do business with you and not your competition.
